We need a Rebel (and/or New Republic) fighter for each letter of the alphabet. So far we have A, B, E, K, X, and Y
I somehow liked the prequels more because they showed a bigger conflict and didn't focus so much on a small set of characters. You know the republic vs the galactic empire (or separatists or w/e can't remember) instead of luke vs jabba with some mixed in rebel alliance at the end. I watched all of them as a kid though, so I'm probably spoiled by all the cool clone wars and didn't care for acting. Really curious on what episode 7 will take us to.
how to spot a 10 year old on Facepunch (User was banned for this post ("can you stop being so rude already" - postal))
how to spot a 10 year old on Facepunch
if he watched the prequels as a kid, he could be like 20 something now
Fun-Fact: The B in B-wing stands for "Best" [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZCQU761.jpg[/t] HHHNNNNNNGH
I know its really fucking impractical but something about that goofy ass design appeals to me
I think the Wings split in the middle, you can see the crease, they're not stacked like the T-65 in the old movies. Plus look at how the Cannons are connected, they're on their own pieces. There is no S-foil. Its a Z-95. Also the Z-95 didn't have 4 cannons.

how to spot a 10 year old on Facepunch
yeah he likes movies that you dont, that makes him a kid. fuck you. (User was banned for this post ("Report, don't reply to flame" - postal))
yeah he likes movies that you dont, that makes him a kid. fuck you.
ooo opinions; anger!
if he watched the prequels as a kid, he could be like 20 something now
I am a twenty something that saw the prequels as a kid and loved them! I feel like a lot of people shit all over the prequels because they feel like they have some obligation to hate them to be ~true Star Wars fans~
Seeing how quickly people started referencing book materials, what would you guys recommend as I want to read some of the lore i guess you could call it.
Blank Quote
It's most likely not a Z-95. I can see what Tuskin's talking about and he looks to be right.

The things I hate about the first one are the terrible characters/bad character development, pretty much the entire Tatooine story arch, and the overall lack of anything interesting happening.
There is no S-foil. Its a Z-95.
The official twitter said it was a X-Wing.
I still like watching the prequels for the battle scenes...
The music was pretty great, too.
Fun-Fact: The B in B-wing stands for "Best" [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZCQU761.jpg[/t] HHHNNNNNNGH
I've never ever liked the B-wings design, It's hyper-impractical but it doesn't even look cool to make up for it.
Impractical... Star Wars? Imagine that...

Episode II maybe adds more to the series but as a movie of its own it doesn't really go anywhere. I should maybe watch them again though, I don't know how many years it's been since the last time.
X-Wings are super cool, but my favorite Rebel Fighter has to be the Y-Wing

Fun-Fact: The B in B-wing stands for "Best"
[t]http://i.imgur.com/ZDXtvgy.jpg[/t]
Not looking like a B is part of its charm tho
the proper order is 4-5-6 and then the plinkett reviews
Alternatively you can watch Belated Media's videos on how Star Wars 1 and 2 should have been, his ideas would have made for much better movies than what we got.
The new x-wing totally makes sense, considering that the movie is pretty advanced past the original trilogies in terms of time. And there were like 3-4 different versions of X-wings as well, with varying armanments and loadouts, including one without an astromech. I also believe that the X-wing used in the original trilogy is also really only a prototype and not the final vision of what the designers wanted the X-wing to be. So I guess we'll see
Not looking like a B is part of its charm tho
it looks like a lower case b from the side though
