Put marshmallows and honey all over yourself and have your friends hold you down in the dirt for a couple hours while bugs crawl all over you. Wait, nevermind, that sounds like some insane fetish.

If he didn't get over his fear of bugs then he would still be scared shitless to access his computer.
I used to hate spiders. If I saw one on me I'd freak out and run with my arms waving around. I kinda got over it, the fear just slowly went away from me.
Oh and I'm not scared of them, but june bugs are really fuckin' annoying. They get in my room and fucking fly into my face every god damn time. Ugh.

didnt think it'd be that big
scared the fuck out of me
I don't like spiders much, but overall I'm interested in bugs and don't have a problem touching most of them. Crickets, grasshoppers, pill bugs, millipedes, worms, ants, etc. But no spiders, centipedes, large ants, anything flying, or grubs.
I had a pet millipede that was almost 7 in long, awesome pet. He'd curl into a spiral alot and I'd let him crawl around with all his legs :3. Completely harmless, only eats carrots and romane lettuce, if you want to get over your fear, it's a good pet to keep.
See?
You forgot the fact that they secrete poison all on everything they walk on...
Yes.
Have you?
Why no I haven't... I don't even own one.
HIGH FIVE MAN, i do that for any bug i find in my room, EXCEPT FUCKING MOSQUITOES NO REMORSEEEE!!!!!!!!
Yeah I go around the house catching moths and releasing them outside. My mom on the other hand catches them in a container and seals it with them still inside.
But there was this kid in one of my classes who freaked out when a wasp flew by him. He literally ran out of the room until it went back out the window.

Only certain species, the one I had was completely harmless and 100% poison free. As far as I knew because it was always dry and none of the animals/people keeled off.
I have millipedes in my house, when I researched them and found out they don't do anything, I am not scared of them anymore.
Also, Pretty much everyone in the US has these in, or around their house.

They lasso their prey, but they aren't consider a pest because they get rid of:
spiders, bedbugs, termites, cockroaches, silverfish, ants and other household arthropods...
They don't bite, its more of a sting, that feels like a bee. I have been stung by one, its not so bad and the pain dissipates rather fast.
I hate these, they hurt really fucking badly
I stepped on one in my shower once and it wrapped around my toe (at this point I was screaming like I was being raped by a large ork named Gurk) and nailed me right at the base of my toenail
it hurt like a bullet ant for a week =/
Study them. Most of the fear you have is probably because you don't know what to expect when you get bitten by one.
Start with the one you fear the most. Learn about their body, about their social structure. Like that
you'll also learn how to react to insects.
I, for example, was scared shitless of snakes a long time. After I started learning about them, the fear slowly vanished.
-snip- ._.
You must immerse yourself into their society. You must learn their language, customs, and sex habits. I'll start you off.
Language: They speak via dance. This video is a good starter.

How can you be afraid of arachnids?

Aww, look how cute :3:
I'm also terrified of bees, wasps, and basically anything that stings or bites.
Also, HUNDREDTH POST!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!
I hate long worms, caterpillars or anything that looks like that long, black ugly shit that was posted a page back. Also spiders. Anything flying - not so much.

I get scared shitless when it comes to Cockroaches. Also, you might remember my thread about them and my, :frown:.
Also, I've had a Giant Moth land near me, I mean, 10 inch wingspan, HUGE.
I don't like creepy crawlies. :(
Insects (and similar) I am not afraid of: Ants, Ladybirds, Butterflies, flies, fleas (I just kill the fuckers for being bitches to my cats), tiney spiders that are no bigger than ants.
Insects (and similar) I fear the most: Spiders bigger than ants, mosquitos, wasps, moths...
These mother fuckers are my insect nemisis, I scream like a pussy when there's one anywhere near me!

I mean, they look like huge mosquitos, they have long horrible legs like spiders...they fly...and they are so stupid that they fly constantly into your face! Agh!
