it's a horror comedy
Nah, the ending was perfect.
I felt like that last scene was just so abrupt. I mean, [sp]they're sitting there waiting, then giant hand comes out. Roll credits.[/sp]
I felt like that last scene was just so abrupt. I mean, [sp]they're sitting there waiting, then giant hand comes out. Roll credits.[/sp]
it's like you missed the whole entire movie before that moment
how the hell is it abrupt at all literally the whole third act was foreshadowing it the final scene was like its coming up soon get ready
Ok, that was a poor choice of words. What I meant was, for as much build up as there was to [sp]these Gods in that last third, all you see is a hand and then the credits roll[/sp]. It wasn't so much that I didn't see it coming (hell, how could you not), it was more that I expected to see much more happen. Perhaps [sp]seeing the world fall apart, or civilization/humanity destroyed, or something more than a giant hand.[/sp]
i disagree. i think the movie ended where it needed to, showing us enough of the dark gods to spur our imaginations but cutting out the whole apocalypse destruction bullshit because it wasn't necessary. we already know the world is going to end. why show it ending? the point was made. [editline]23rd September 2012[/editline] the gods themselves weren't built up so much as their ARRIVAL and what that meant for humanity. there's not a lot of details about these gods mentioned. just that when they show up, it's game over.
This was actually a very great movie.
[sp]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kGHDmLUmd4&feature=channel&list=UL[/sp] ill just leave this here for you guys to see.
Bahaha, did he say "Costco of death"?
Just saw this movie after never hearing of it. I fucking love when movies start out one typical way and go out on this wild tangent. Reminds me of Fight Club or something.
I really enjoyed this, It is a definite recommendation.
