Thank you. I used a regular tripod, but with a panoramic head. This makes sure the camera lens is rotated around the nodal point, which eliminates all parallax shift. All this and more is further explained at [URL="http://www.panoguide.com/"]PanoGuide.[/URL]

HDR is for people who actually understands the dynamic range of the nature.
But it has been severely abused by those who think it's magic, I'll give you that.

30 second shutter speed is what I can see from the EXIF

All taken with a standard Canon Rebel XSi so nothing extraordinary.
First one has shit quality because I had never used the camera before that day.
