Here's how to make tamagoyaki which is pretty similar, but has some greens in it too. I'd try it, but I lack a square pan, though it can be done in a regular one. I worked kitchen jobs for a long time before and during the time I was in college, but this is unlike I've ever seen before. Really cool. It's amazing what kind of stuff different people all over the world come up with.
