Ernest goes to camp, when Ernest sings "Gee I'm glad it's raining". It's the only time you really get to see how he feels when everyone is always downing him.
king kong a fucking cgi ape made me dish old yeller (someone else has to cry at this, i can't possibly be the only one) toy story 3
I watched this in middle school when I finished reading the book and it took a lot of man power to hold back the tears. It's Of Mice and Men if you haven't seen the movie or read the book and don't want a spoiler. 30 seconds in and I'm feeling it again :(
I remember watching this in school also, as when the gun went off, immediately one kid in our class started laughing. What an asshole he was.

This scene always gets me, [sp]Tommy knows he's lost, his shoulder is dislocated, but he really has absolutely nothing left except the will to fight. Brendan genuinely wanted to make amends with Tommy, but instead has to beat Tommy to within an inch of his life to make him tap out, you can see Brendan almost crying and shaking his head when Tommy comes out of the corner, one arm hanging useless by his side. Meanwhile, their abusive father who has been trying to repent for the whole film, has to watch his own handiwork, in the form of his sons nearly killing each other. When "About Today" comes on, I know the waterworks are starting up.[/sp]
WALL-E ending or that one part near the end. The part with these where they tried to find the right part for the broken pcb. Was pretty sad.
End of American History X is somewhat of a tear jerker
Shit, the whole movie was so sad.
Shit, the whole movie was so sad.
That movie deadened me inside.
Damn it, now I'm tearing up. RIP Jim Varney. [editline]12th December 2012[/editline]
Stand by me. I wasn't crying, but the [sp]ending is pretty much depressing[/sp]
I turned on the TV and saw Stand By Me and watched the last 10 minutes a few days ago. The ending itself doesn't necessarily make me tear up, but it's when the song begins to play over the credits. [editline]12th December 2012[/editline] And I just realized that I already replied to that post months ago. Fuck.
Up (generically) and Edward Scissorhands are the only two that come to mind. Toy Story 3 nearly did, but it didn't.
:(
Goddamn it, I had forgotten about this.
I almost cried at the sight of Michael Caine crying in The Dark Knight Rises.
Brooks was here scene from Shawshank.
I almost cried at the sight of Michael Caine crying in The Dark Knight Rises.
Probably one of the best performances of his career. Nolan's Batman brought out some of the best performances. Except for Batman ironically.
If you've seen the Deer Hunter, man, this scene just plain hurts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Nwl4xV6wuRI
The ending of The Grey, and several scenes along the way
The ending of The Grey, and several scenes along the way
Really? I found that film almost laughably bad. I can understand why you'd feel this way but personally I came away from it disappointed.

I tend to get more emotional for animated films Not sure why :v:
The ending of TDKR. Make that the whole movie in general was just one long process of drawing my heart out my tear ducts
Oh fuck, near the start as well and Michael Caine is talking, when you hear his voice trembling slightly FUCK. I had to take a drink, so many tears fell out my eyes.
"My friends... ...You bow to no one." That always gets me for some reason must be the epic music there [editline]16th December 2012[/editline] Also, Boromir as that guy above said.
I could have gotten more out... I seriously bawled like a fucking baby when Liam Neeson collapses crying at the end of Schindler's List...
The Yankee man hug at the end of "Gettysburg." Stonewall Jackson's death in "Gods and Generals." Boromir's funeral in the Fellowship. End scene of "Das Boot" makes me tear up a bit, because I kind of know how the crew feels. Practically all of "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas."
I teared up about twice while watching Restrepo.
I tend to get more emotional for animated films Not sure why :v:
The end of Millennium Actress gets me. I used to watch it when I was a kid, but when I recently re-watched it, I cried at the end. The Illusionist (animated) is also a bit of a cryer.
this may sound really pussy but i almost cried at some parts in Wreck-it-ralph. When he was smashing vanellpoes kart. when he dropped down into mentos mountain. they ALMOST had me crying but the movie was very good.
