Some genres might be off because I was also watching TV at the time I wrote this.

I listened to the title song some time ago.
I really liked it.
Should get the album on my playlist next.
And thanks to you too for the compliment.
You might end up liking Jethro Tull as much as Pink Floyd, I dunno. Give it a lot of time.

Avant-Prog may well as be called Psychedelic Prog.. But in a way all prog is.
Damn confusing genre. :argh:
He's been working with Robert Fripp on the remasters for a while I think, doing 5.1 releases too but I don't have a 5.1 setup :saddowns:

I love the crazy atmosphere changes in the album. It's fucking great. I'm looking forward to the follow up lots :haw:
I hate how progressive rock doesn't get the attention it deservers, it has the best bands in the world IMO, such as God is an Astronaut, Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky, God Speed you! Black Emperor. This will Destroy You, and others.

Post rock is far from hipster rock.
Still not prog though.

Your avatar is the greatest, and has inspired me to post some Ziltoid right here.

Started to really get into king crimson and for some reason, dangerous curves from power to believe is one of my favourites. I've done Larks Tongue in Aspic, Court of the Crimson King, and the power to believe so far because I wanted to see what it was like. Very impressed with all of them.

The Power To Believe was actually surprisingly good. I enjoyed it a lot.
Try ThraK, you might like that more.
Camel are awesome.
Mars Volta is where it's at.
For anyone that didn't see, Dream Theater are going to be posting a documentary to announce the new drummer. People who auditioned were Mike Mangini, Virgil Donati, Marco Minnemann, Thomas Lang, Aquiles Priester, Derek Roddy and Pete Wildoer.
I really really hope it's not Mike Mangini, he's ok, but all he really does is play really fast. I'm hoping for Marco or Virgil.
I've been listening to a fair bit of Van der Graaf Generator recently, any other fans?

Well, I've been meaning to listen to them, but Jethro Tull kinda got in the way v:v:v

I'm fairly certain both the band and Marco commented saying it wasn't him. I :saddowns:'d
It better not be Mike, he's boring
Goddamnit I have suddenly started to really really love ELP's Toccata.
For some reason I just can't stop listening to it.
Its just so chaotic and fucked up.
