No no, you won't find heroin in E pills. You can find something similiar to MDMA (MDME I think) that has more of a downer effect than stimulant.
Also, heroin is just stronger/equivalent version of those pharmological pills.

I doubt the experience will be terrible if you lay on your side instead of your back, and in the off set chance that you do manage to throw up while on your back then I don't think it's worth dying for.

It's possible, but I doubt you'll ever find any that do have H in them. It's most-often a different MDxx that has the Heroine-like downer effects.
I love those kind of pills. You can just sit on a couch and listen to music for as long as you want.

Pretty much. anything could be in the pills, but heroin is very rare.
Ultimately, shit is put in pills to increase the profit margin... so putting heroin in pills is extremely unlikely unless you as the dealer want to get your customers hooked and buy moar from you..
You would need shitload of heroin to be in pills, because it's not very active orally (10%), and heroin is expensive compared to MDMA.
So, no, they will fail at getting you hooked with H in pills.

I'm just basing it off of the fact that I can get Molly for $20 per pill. I've never tried it, so I don't know if it's legit, but I imagine Heroin would be cheaper than that.
