Seriously, I like how people give him shit for his fake pranks when he is literally a rapist and uses his "fame" to assault young girls along with multiple other youtubers, and he still has fans.
Sorry for being uninformed about this whole issue and not remembering stuff correctly, but weren't those just accusations from I heard or has there been more evidence released that made it appear more likely that he raped those girls?
FYI, Sam (or someone on behalf of Sam Pepper) sent another strike (Making it now 3 total). Unless Sam or Pyro's MCN steps in to remove them, his channel will be terminated in 7 days. And his MCN is on vacation still.
I really hope he files a lawsuit and succeeds I hope Sam loses everything he's worked for and much much more

isn't the issue that no other would-be competitor has the infrastructure to challenge Youtube? And thus it's a monopoly effect of "Meh we don't really need to change. We already own the entire thing. If we do make changes it's because we feel like it not because we have to."

Reminds me of the Steam and the Google search thing.
When you're filing a copyright claim it says that filing false copyright claims can get your youtube account banned. Apparently that's bullshit.
Do you think it's lenient towards big-subscriber channels like Pepper? Yeah you could follow the rules and ban a cunt but hey look at all this AD MONEY REVENUEEE
Crisis might have been avoided. https://twitter.com/Pyrocynical/status/681944303296462848
so basically sam threatened him into submission fucking bullshit

That was a couple hours before his recent post.
so basically sam threatened him into submission fucking bullshit
Wouldn't surprise me. But these sorts of conflicts usually come to some sort of compromise. Edit: Pyro is in a youtube skype chat I'm part of and I've been trying to ask him what actually is going on. But I figure he'll post a video about it.
I hope bigger youtubers denounce Sam Pepper for his scummy, disgusting actions.
I hope bigger youtubers denounce Sam Pepper for his scummy, disgusting actions.
I doubt Sam would touch a bigger youtuber. He knows he won't win a lawsuit thrown at him so he's going to poke at people he know can't do shit back, then strongarm them into doing whatever he wants via what is practically holding their account hostage.
I hope bigger youtubers denounce Sam Pepper for his scummy, disgusting actions.
I hope he tries to do it to lewreview Lew pretty much threatened to dispute soflo if he ever filed a complaint to him, no doubt he'd do it to sam as well

Any controversy that doesn't cost him his channel is effectively more money for him since people will go by the droves to watch whatever video he posted that happened to get everyone up in arms that day.

Also, if there's indeed actual proof and evidence that Sam indeed raped 6 girls, then it's not going to bother me as much when people say that he's a rapist, but from the looks of it, it seems like Sam being a massive dick is enough to make it easier for people to willingly assume that he's a rapist regardless of how much proof there is. Feel free to correct me if that's not the case, though.
finally
Honestly I wish it had gone down in a way that Pepper got taken down for perjury and got his account suspended. I know this way is way easier for Pyro but I just want something to happen to these bullies that sling copyright takedowns and then get away with them with zero punishment. How many thousands of channels have been shut down by automated or frivolous copyright claims? It's not fair, and it's not okay. Somehow something needs to happen. If I were a lawyer I'd offer my services pro bono to anyone who gets falsely copyright struck.
Sam Pepper needs to die in a fire.
Sam Pepper needs to die in a fire.
No, his channel needs to die in a fire and he needs to fuck off from youtube forever. [editline]29th December 2015[/editline] UPDATE VIDEO:
IIRC in YouTube's copyright system the claim can be taken straight to court if a takedown notice is issued. Most prominently happening in 2007's "Lenz v. Universal Music Corp." when someone named Stephanie Lenz uploaded a video of her baby dancing to a song in the background and received a copyright takedown notice. She sued the issuer and the court ruled in her favor.
Ahem...
At that point that's when I run for the lawyers to enforce penalty of perjury.

I feel like there was a lot more to the phone call then Pyro is leading on. Compared to how he was openly bashing Pyro earlier and then later on talking about how helpful he and thanking him just seems weird, but maybe that's just me.
Ahem...
Perjury implies they intentionally lied under oath. I don't think at any point Sam was under oath when issuing that strike. Besides, that particular case was dealing with misrepresentation under the DMCA, not perjury.
On the complaint submission form: [t]http://i.imgur.com/EL1wZjR.png[/t]
Perjury refers to an official proceeding only unfortunately. The "adverse" legal consequences are probably referring to cases similar to the one I posted dealing with misrepresentation under DMCA. And the second box is self explanatory
