That's the pilot from Cartoon Networks's Cartoonstitute show. It was to show what the show would be like and it got a series made after it. All the other episodes are standard 11 minutes.
[editline]02:15PM[/editline]
also you quoted one of the 11 minute ones
Didn't know that CN had matured to the point of using the words "pissed" and subtle hints of cursing like using "h" to imply the word hell, and "s" to imply shit.
This show is awesome.
I think this, MAD, and Adventure Time are all TV-PG and they say pissed, sucks, crap, screwed, etc.
me and my friend hate this. i just hate it. i never liked these type of cartoons. Plus thespy is correct. It was based off of flipnote which became a series created by 2 people.
I thought there'd be a crowd here that loved it..
Well nevermind that then.
But I am really enjoying the show. It's just something silly I can enjoy anyway :P
But I do have to say, does anyone find any resemblance in Mordecai's voice? It sounds like Henry from KaBlam!

:saddowns:
They make the simplest of task seem like a hassle.
I will admit that I laughed at the episode where they were dancing and making up songs and they ended up on the moon. It has short and fast paced episodes which is unfortunately the only kind of show kids today watch that can keep their attention.

Cartoon episodes have typically been 11 minutes for a very long time.

Most of the shows on CN were not 11 minutes. Shows such as Samurai Jack that were just 1 episode in length were mostly the praised shows. That's no longer the case.
It's average. Much better than most of CN's shit. I find its more adult nature to be funny, like one guy said How the h are we going to fix this s?" Most networks would be sued for using something like that.
