It seems like there is one of these kids at every school. Dark and long unwashed-looking hair, scrawny and wimpy, and flat-out weird.

I used to go to school with a kid like this, thankfully he moved. He'd run low to the ground like he was Naruto or something and make Pokemon noises sometimes. One thing I will say about SnakeBoxMan, his parents have good taste in art.
