yet to try your method of pie perfection. weird though, yesterday, the pie came out all yucky on the inside, but i did it the same way i've always done.

If you put it in the oven when its thawed and the oven is really hot (200°+) then it cooks it on the outside, leaving the center all cold and gross. Either thaw the fuck out of it in the microwave or just cook it for ages on a lower heat.

don't cook it on a such a high temp. but that's what i don't understand, yesterday was the first time i had a problem with my pie! every other day it's come out perfect, crispy all over, goldish, not one bit burnt, but yesterday! IT WAS TERRIBLE!
