Sounds like something to do with the wiring of your house/the line.

All ADSL connections come down the same copper pair, no matter the ISP. Get your phone line checked out before you even think about moving, as the problems will follow you wherever you go.

Cheers[/QUOTE] ADSL goes down the same cableing as the phones, so no matter what ISP you pick you'll be getting problems because they use the same infrastructure. see if you can get a cable deal or something

telstra suck, but it's easy to fall into the trap of blaming them for your lack of understanding why your connection is unsatisfactory; you could just have something dumb like a filter issue with a cordless phone or refrigerator compressor interfering with your adsl, you should probably do proper isolation and electrical pulse testing to ensure you're not at fault go to another isp and your problem may persist, having wasted yo time and money

that being said he'd probably save some money if he changed ISP
