you've always been able to ask for taxi drivers names and numbers, and they're more than happy to give them to you because it means that they can skip giving the booking fee to the taxi company and horde it all for themselves.

the reason people can't merge is because when they merge they have to beeline across to the most right hand lane, otherwise they can't drive.
it's amazing, the lane that's meant to get all the mergers is always the most free flowing lane.

I constantly see assholes swerve across two or three lanes on the freeway (not one after the other, but they cut across all of those lanes AT ONCE) and they don't even have the fucking decency to indicate. I swear if I ever get around to getting my hours and getting my Ps I'm going to have roadrage because everyone else around me is so fucking stupid and dangerous on the road.
it's flat out from people's fears of keeping left. I'm not sure what is wrong with the left lane.
It's also the government focusing on the wrong thing. They need to focus on driver training, but instead they focus on fining people for going 2KM/h over the posted maximum.
