Agreed. I try to add as little holes to my body as possible. I also try to add as little metal to my body as possible for various reasons.
I got no problem with adding a few extra holes, I just don't think they'd look good on me. I don't even have an ear pierced because they look retarded, let along stretchers.

I have no problem with the physical damage part of it, but the aesthetics just aren't that attractive (especially, I would imagine, on me).
