I honestly don't understand panic attacks like these, it doesn't sound like you have anything hugely traumatic that's making you freak out.
Scrollbach's make more sense because he was almost killed, which is a lot more worrying and anxiety provoking.
I had panic attacks for months after a home invasion last October where I got a good beating to the face, I only recently got over them but it's no exaggeration when the OP explains how mind shattering they can be.

Thing with these panic attacks, is that they can start from seemingly out of the blue. Obviously the stress levels I was and am going through are a factor, however, many panic attacks revolving around fears of health issues ; Cardiovascular disease, cancer, and stroke.
I've had panic attacks and anxiety since I started school, when i was about 6-7 years. Still have them, but I'm trying to work my way through them now and hopefully will find ways to deal with them(with the help of a psychiatrist). Linden method seems alittle too god to be true.
Who gave the man a clock?
I probably don't have panic attacks, but i have alot of things that make up for it.
boring as fuck read

Weirdly enough, this wasn't a story for entertainment. It wasn't really an adventure story, idiot.
Shut up, you didn't post this to ''get it off your chest'' you don't get shit off your chest by creating a thread on a forum. You want attention, just admit it.

Wrong.
I did it for the exactly opposite reason, to speak to people who are in the same/similar position, which has been successful.
"Hey guys!! this guy wants to talk to others about his condition!! He's attention seeking!!" - You tbh.

Not everyone is out to get attention, unlike yourself, clearly.
If everyone thought that way about the NHS a shitload more would die. You could actually be having minor heart attacks, sometimes they are not too far off just feeling tired and sick.
