I don't understand how any of you guys can have a male PE teacher allowed into the female changing rooms. Here it's considered pretty damned serious if anyone goes into a changing room of their opposite gender. If necessary, they have a teacher or another student go in there if something has to be said.
I've never seen any teens who have abused their age to accuse someone of pedophilia or sexual harassment, but there were a bunch of guys from 8th-9th grade who would often smoke weed and be drunk during school hours. They abused the fact that they were under the age of criminal responsibility and the fact the school at the time was too poor to kick them out.
Teen over here, and we say it we're joking, at least at my school.
Though my math teacher did call someone gay.
I don't abuse my position as a teen angel, I believe it and don't mislead it. And that's real. You may not be, but I am.
I am noticing a trend of this type of thing.
Teenage girls throw around the "I got raped" thing a lot, and it sure as fuck garners sympathy and is enough to convict innocent people over something they didn't do, especially if they are older than them.

The horrible bit is, you don't know when a girl is actually telling the truth, it's like the boy who cried wolf.
They're not just "throwing it around". 1 in 3 girls experience some form of sexual abuse before they turn 18.

Your denial of this is absolutely fucking disgusting.
I had a design teacher who walked up to this girl while she was working and said "If you don't design this one properly I'll rape you." The girl called her mom, her mom called the police, there was a huge argument. For the next two weeks we didn't see this teacher and if we asked other teachers what happened to him they would all change subject and try to avoid the matter.
two weeks later he comes back with a sad/attitude attitude and retired the following year.

Woah glad they gave him a two week suspension that's definitely appropriate punishment for threatening rape.
uh well, that's because a lot of teenage girls get raped. a large majority of rape victims are females under the age of 18.
This doesn't mean that a large majority of females under the age of 18 are rape victims.
There was one old, male teacher that used to be accused of being a pedophile by most girls. It's rather funny because that teacher at our school retired recently and apparently he got arrested for something along the lines of child porn.
Rather odd...
At my school, we joke around about pedophilia, rape, and a shitload of other stuff we shouldn't (pretty hilarious shit, I'll start a thread about some of our adventures in a little bit), but nobody has the balls to all-out claim that somebody is a pedophile.
We have our fair share of creepy teachers, but none of them try to make moves on anybody, so most of the girls know that you just keep your cleavage concealed and they won't give you a lick (pun intended) of trouble.
It seems that any male teacher that acts friendly at all seems to get singled out as a pedophile at our school just because the female students don't like him. I find it sad really.

It has kinda a lot to do with the fact, that rape is a unique crime in the fact that the accused is guilty until proven innocent as opposed to the opposite.
At least that's the case in a lot of legal systems.
For the record, a person sleeping with a teen doesn't have to be a pedophile. In a lot of cases you have teens that are physically more than mature enough and the perpetrator is physically attracted to this.
A pedophile on the other hand tends to seek out prepubescent children which don't yet show body maturity.
Legally a man or woman that sleep with a thirteen year old "mature" teen are the same as one who sleeps with a prebuscent one. Psychologically they are quite different though.
My old high school before i transferred had alot of orange girls with shitloads of fake tan and foundation. they liked to make up stories.
so one of them was bragging about how she apparently fucked a teacher, he got arrested even though he did nothing, he got re-hired later and she got sued I think :D
Some teachers are just straight up assholes that arent even trying to teach you life lessons, they are just cunts
I was lucky to always have really wonderful and supportive teachers throughout all of my schooling. Even during my senior year of high school my exgirlfriend and I had all of our classes together, and in each class we sat next to each other, and were always allowed to work together on assignments/projects just because our teachers enjoyed our company and we fit so well together.
Just about every teacher came to me for computer repairs, or stuff of that nature. I always figured that my teachers have a very difficult job, and they are hard workers so if I could I paid them back with a little bit of my time and computer knowledge.

Hey Zeke I think your way too fucking buttflustered to even read my posts.
I said I recognized it as a legitimate problem, but this problem seems to be something that I have been hearing a lot from other people, from a firsthand experience, and believe it or not, this thread itself. So yes, there seems to be a number people who are blatantly fucking lying about it, and are indeed "throwing it around".
I noticed you are really damn sensitive about these subjects too, you got to chill out.
Not really. Sometimes people are generally creeps, today, me and two friends were in Fenwicks (Big warehouse store thing) and then this man because we were teens thought we were gonna break something or do stupid shit, so we were just sitting talking and then he came over, literally stood behind us for about five minutes breathing down mine neck. Every time. One of them shouted "Pedo.." and he walked away, never came back and we caused no bother.

You fail to realise, this is a survey, and it can sway either way based on liars, and people who mistake sexual abuse as somebody calling you a bitch.
Yea I can't stand it either. Its all ways used on the old teachers who the kids thought were boring. Oh and a teacher once sent a picture of his penis to my cousin.
His assholery was genuine.
This sentence is great.

Be easy on him, he was probably raped by his teacher or something.
[editline]20th December 2011[/editline]
Stepdad maybe.
I mean it's the same as what happened to those Duke La cross players, the woman said "oh I've been raped" And the law believed her, and the team got kicked off of the team, out of school and got a terrible rep, only to find out that it was a lie. I mean, shit like that pisses me off to a level that is insane, and it happens all the time.
My science teacher i had last year is a huge pedophile, not an accusation but the truth, he would stare down the girls and have the slutty girls in the front of the class or with him at his desk. If one of the girls came in late, no problem just go to your seat, but if a guy came in nope, stay outside of the classroom for 10 minutes.
What was funny is that we were talking about in a another class and the teacher said she was suprised that that topic hadn't come sooner and that every class she has talks about it. She even said that when she was in his class that he would do the same thing.
Forgot to add he would wear shirts that "showed" off his pubic hair looking chest.
What'd he teach you in Science? Did he blow up some thermite and insist that a chick's shirt was burnt and make her take it off?
one of the seniors in my school got accused of pedophile after he was taking a crap in the schools bathroom and the lock didnt work, then some 6th graders came in and pushed the door and found him there. he stood up in reaction. someone else passed through and made the accusation.
luckily he wasnt xpelled and got to graduate after every friend he had signed a petition for his graduation and claim his innosence.
I overheard a staff conversation at my school; one of the (older male) gym teachers was uneasy about enforcing the dress code when the girls violated it by wearing ultra-short shorts, revealing tops, etc.
He was afraid that if he called them out on it, they would think he's an old pervert for looking at them and noticing, even though everyone else was noticing too.
I've never really noticed anything like this on the pedophile subject but so many people in my school acuse my teachers (Honors) of being the reason they fail. If you can't handle an honors class, don't take it...
Yeah. In grade 8 I was accused of threatning to rape a girl because during recess soccer-games i'd say "our team raped", etc. As a result I had to spend most of the semester helping the librarian stamp books, wasn't allowed on the bus, had a horrible rep, etc etc.
