Not on the site: to get paid by the advertisers. If the advertisers can't pay them in the first place, they get no $$$.
It's never going to happen. Those credit card firms would only block organizations considered "enemies of the state" or something on that level. You can buy all kinds of "morally objectionable" stuff with a credit card and no-one bats an eye. In fact the fallout would be much larger for those firms if they did block someone that way (except very specific cases like WL), so it's not going to happen no matter how much you'd scream about it on social media/via letters to them.
Given how the stereotypical game "journalist" is a expert at twisting words and sentences so they can use it against you, I'd advise against it.

anyone find it hilarious a major character in S3's house of cards is a game journalist [sp]writing a propaganda piece for underwood[/sp]
wu is coining the term "neogamer" as a new form of gamer, and leigh and other journos are blaming "old devs" as being the problem of the game industry. "old gamers/devs dont GET us, let the NEW developers through" etc smells like a new narrative, ladies and cislords
They realize there is no cap on the amount of devs there can be in the industry right?
we already have neo-/v/ for a few years now they have a perfect place to go
They realize there is no cap on the amount of devs there can be in the industry right?
To them, and every SJW trying to enforce their ideals on everything, entertainment is a zero sum game.

I mean the "neogamer" thing is, but the indie clique and their supporters have been somewhat hostile towards older and larger companies for quite some time. It's just getting worse with time.
Dear god if "new dev's" mean's more revolution 60's and Depression quests then count me the hell out - I have honestly had more fun playing on an arcade cabinet I built with 3.6 tb of old games then I have ever had in the past 3 years. (Disincluding some very specific games.) Like were not getting older these games legitimately suck ass, if depression quest can even be called a game. I'd rather change the older companies to be more like Epic Games - they are currently the absolute best dev company imo, they don't care about money - they care about the future of games.

Are they 'the one'?
Neogamer you say? Does that mean they're Neo from the Matrix? Are they 'the one'?
Well gamers are Nazis, and they're neo-gamers so I guess that makes them neo-nazis. Oh well, they can keep their shitty music and punk hairstyles while we lounge in our fabulous uniforms. Feels damn good to be original I say!
Neogamer you say? Does that mean they're Neo from the Matrix? Are they 'the one'?
No, neo as in new, as in neo-nazis meaning new nazis. Neogamers = Neonazis basically. http://theralphretort.com/looks-like-milo-just-got-screwed-out-of-a-shorty-award-0228015/ Sawhorse media (who own the shorty awards) also provides a service called muckrack used by buzzfeed and reddit that allows you to send press releases to journalists directly and track social media shares of their content.

Most we can do is ignore them and never support buying their games, heck even pirate them in protest because they're full of shit.

Who could of predicted this?

Neo-Gamers get shitty graphics and horrible games like Revolution 60 and Depression Quest. Nazi-Gamers get good games with great graphics like...most games out there. If I had to choose between the two then fuck me, I am a Nazi, Heil Total Biscuit I guess.

Ich bin ein Gamer.

Do I have to give in my ISIS card to become a Nazigamer? Do I still retain my right to 40 virgins?

I'm currently busy writing middleware, but I'll definitely be able to use those non-programming resources eventually. Seeing what others make should definitely be interesting too.
Release day DLC's. Just sayin'
One step at the time.
