Most of my family lives here, including those I love, so I dunno if I want to leave the US and lose them, even if this country is falling. Moving from a country to another one after university(my original idea) won't work so well money-wise, and getting a job would be a pain.
The US is in a far better state than any of the southern European countries. The unemployment is at least twice as high.
oh this is going to be such a fun decade
Come to Canada! We'll be a little less better off because of your government, but we welcome you with open arms :D
Simply a matter of preference and getting used to. I've always been used to people driving on the right side of the road, but don't foresee that much trouble learning to drive on the left side.
Pretty much if you go to a left hand side country just give way to the right and you'll be fine
Why are you's going to Scandanavia come to Straya cunts Honestly what do Scandanavian nations have that we don't?
I thought you guys were full. :v:
Come to Asia and enjoy all the cheap stuff here.
Come to Canada! Got a lot of really good friends there and I've been told it's a billion times easier to move there than it is to have said friends move here.
I agree, some to Australia!
I was considering moving to Finland or someplace near there once I'm done with college and have the funds. I really dislike my current place of residence.
I did this once trying to move to Paris. I bought a croissant and lost all my life savings due to sales taxes.
I'm selling and deleting everything I own and I'm starting a new life in Helsinki, Finland. I suggest my fellow Americans do the same, before the entire country traps us all in poverty. Farewell again.
Tervetuloa, toivottavasti osaat suomea ihan vitun hyvin etkä oo tummaihonen. Koska muuten "vitun mamu" good luck
Sweden sounds nice this time of year, oh and Denmark with its free education.
Sweden sounds nice this time of year, oh and Denmark with its free education.
We have free education?
We have free education?
I believe he is talking about the free college thingy we have going on up here.
Fuck you guys and your countries I'm going to start a colony on the moon.
With blackjack and hookers?
With blackjack and hookers?
As far as the eye can see.
As far as the eye can see.
I'm in.
Fuck you guys and your countries I'm going to start a colony on the moon.
Will your moonbase be ready before 2030?
Will your moonbase be ready before 2030?
Yes, and our population will consist entirely of astronauts walking around in circles and communicating silly things via text-to-speech. space korea is best korea
I'm escaping to Germany in January. Gonna be a rockin' good time.
Come over to my place!
Helsinki is a terribly expensive place to live in, if you're moving to Finland then choose another city.
Is USA in a really bad shape? It seems a lot of people are just fine living there but then all this things happen and makes me think otherwise. It's weird because I really want to go there someday. Maybe it's just overreactions all around. Also, don't come to Portugal, you'll lose your money and your job faster than you die in I Wanna Be The Guy.
Nice that you chose Helsinki OP, you won't regret it. Welcome! Living in Helsinki is relatively cheap, unless you move in middle of the capital. Get an apartment from little further away and you'll be fine.
Half my village has gone to Australia, we can't even have a local football team anymore. The only reason I haven't joined them is because i'm doing a degree in Galway.

Although the government doesn't seem to be doing anything (I'm sure stuff is happening, jut with no tangible affect on most Americans) so we'll see what happens in the future.
Come to Britain, everyone else in the world has... But seriously though, everyone here loves Yankee accents and our economy isn't nearly as fucked as the rest of Europe.
Debating between Switzerland, Germany and New Zealand. WAT DO
After my stint in the Navy (hopefully), Canada seems appealing.
