you should find new friends
I'm good, thanks for the suggestion.
I don't see the dude who said that if it makes you feel better, he's a friendless neckbeard who lives in his basement playing runescape.
In Flames fans I guess v:v:v
Nope. Reroute To Remain is if you listen to the hardcore old school In Flames fans.
They didn't sell out in my opinion, they just changed their musical style. I mean, fuck, Jesper, the main songwriter wrote most of the last 5 albums, you can't expect him to stay with one style for the rest of his life...
I'll take your word for it

Also December Flower has a wicked solo, I'm going to listen to that
I really want to drop the $100 and buy a VIP ticket to a Symphony X concert up in Chicago, but it is literally THE DAY right after prom which I promised to go to. Fuck.
Fuck prom
Metal comes first
A Sense of Purpose was better than Come Clarity at least.
take this lifeeee *whine whine whine*
I honestly can't see it. While Come Clarity certainly is no Jester Race or Colony, I still find it to be pretty good for what it is - and I especially enjoy the title track. A Sense of Purpose though I just couldn't get into. At all. I think I'm going to listen to it again - maybe my tastes have change since then.
They need an In Flames guitar hero. Too bad they axed the franchise. They were working on a Red Hot Chili Peppers one too :smith:
You can just do what I do. Download The Jester Race, Whoracle, Colony, and Come Clarity for Frets on Fire (all of the albums are either entirely done or almost entirely done) and then just play all of them in Frets on Fire for a few hours.
In fact, I'm off to play some In Flames in Frets on Fire now.

I'm going, NYC show on the 22nd.
VIP.
It ALMOST bankrupted me when I bought the ticket, but it'll totally be worth it.
lol $100 to see them.
when they come here it'll be $20 tops and only 100 people will be there tops
He means for the VIP ticket I'm sure.
He means for the VIP ticket I'm sure.
He has to. Because the VIP is $114 with fees and taxes in fucking New York City. Where EVERYTHING costs more than it should.
NYC prices are fucking horrible
Wow. Hell awaits was playing on the radio. First time i've ever heard old-school slayer from radio :buddy:
Cheered up my day a load.
Fuck prom

I wish I could say that, but I am going with a girl I like...
That aside, yeah it is a VIP ticket.
Be a real man, go to both.

I went to work on July 5th on 45 minutes of sleep
Mind you I spent July 4th with a good friend of mine and a bottle of Jack Daniel's
And when I left there was no longer a bottle of Jack Daniel's.
Didn't even have a hangover
Oh good god was I tired, though...but it was totally worth it.
Well, that and the concert is in Chicago, which is a 3 hour trip to the north. Which, since I can't drive, I would have to have my buddy who is going take me.

Prom is 10x better if you go with friends. When you go with a woman, it's like an obligation. And obligations kinda ruin the excitement.
Prom is not metal :colbert:

STILL worth it.
STILL worth it.
Alright, I may double up on events.
Cloudkicker is pretty rad.
Cloudkicker is pretty rad.
I've been saying this for months!!
Seriously you should pay a fiver at least for the guys stuff, it's fucking dynamite, Beacons, The Map is Not the Territory and Genesis Device are all fucking amazing.
Infact, Portmanteau and A New Heavenly Body (I think that's what it's called now) are brilliant, although I have the original version of New Heavenly Body. :smug:

Demolition hammer is sex. Dat riff at 0:13 :fh:
I'm back with a little bit more of the new Born of Osiris stuff. I'm loving the insanity that starts at about 0:14 in this song. I haven't heard a phrase in a song that sounds this chaotic in a while.

And as for their live performance, holy fucking shit. They don't move around a whole bunch, but their ability to replay what they recorded in-studio is just awesome.
