that new song doesn't sound that great but it has a groove, which is what most other shitty deathcore bands don't understand and are missing
i never really liked them at first but they've grown on me
their guitar work has pretty interesting melodies compared to the monotonous breakdown overuse of today's bands
and the vocals definitely stand out from all those inhaling pig squealing "vocalists" out there

I really hate bands that make a point of covering pop songs or making pop culture references in their music. It's such a cheap and easy way of going "Wow look at us we don't just listen to metal! We are the beacons of diverse taste"
