They did the themesong to the game The Witcher, and got a music video for it. It's good but not their best. Got keyboards which is cool though

Manowar.
been ages since I've listened to strapping young lad, think I will now. Reckon I'll definitely be able to appreciate their more progressive sound now that I've got more into prog.

all you need is cynic, death and necrophagist
I can see how people getting genres wrong (like calling metallica screamo or slipknot death metal) can get annoying, but why do metalheads bash eachother? Why do listeners of one kind of metal bash listeners of another kind? Why cant we just all get together and bash mainstream pop?
Because those people are fucking idiots
unless its nu metal then its alright
Nu metal is the only truly bash worthy genre of metal, because it's metal in name and that's about it.
Also Teto needs more:
YOB
Ufomammut
Triptykon
Periphery
Xerath
CiLiCe
Threshold
Shining
Stonebride
Sleep
I'll add more in time.
I'm not even sure nu metal can be considered a real genre. I mean slipknot, linkin park and limp bizkit sound nothing like each other. it seesm to just be like, some sort of umbrella term for mainstream rock bands which tune their guitars a little lower than most.

My God those guys have a thick sound, Nonikai.
How exactly are they related to the current power metal discussion, though? :v:
I think I will see Sonata Arctica in March.
If I can afford it.
