I listen to albums all the way through once and after that I simply don't have the time for it. I obviously listen all the way through when I'm listening to vinyl but otherwise I just enjoy the music. If an album as a piece is great enough I'll put the whole thing on my ipod, otherwise I'll just pick my favorites and listen to the few that aren't on it when I have the chance. [editline]6th December 2010[/editline] good example of an album that's perfect as a whole: Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin I Voivod - War and Pain Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Fairyland - Of Wars In Osyrhia

They've been announced for 06/09 - Sweden Rock Festival, Sölvesborg, Sweden 06/11 - Sauna Open Air, Tampere, Finland 06/17 - Copenhell, Copenhagen, Denmark 06/19 - Hellfest, Clisson, France 06/22 - Gods of Metal, Milan, Italy 06/25 - Graspop Metal Meeting, Dessel, Belgium 07/23 - High Voltage, London, UK 08/05 - Wacken Open Air, Wacken, Germany so far, and there should be more dates. It's gonna be a pretty exhaustive tour from what's been said
they should headline bloodstock lol that aints gonna happen though they probably get more fans at a normal concert than they would at bloodstock and it would cost like 15 bands worth to hire them.

My list is maybe 202 bands strong now. And I've only done 10. But I've already found some good bands.
Have some Jazz Metal thread Members of Cynic and Textures. Most cool.
Couldn't get into Exivious at all I can't find any melody or harmony or generally anything that eppeals to me in it at all That song is okay though
My list is maybe 202 bands strong now. And I've only done 10. But I've already found some good bands.
Out of them what has been your favorite so far?
Out of them what has been your favorite so far?
I'm not sure. Just realised two of the bands I have crossed off were bands I listened to a while ago anyway. So I actually have maybe 8 done so far. And out of them I think Baroness is my favourite so far. Or Dream Theater. Listening to Alestorm right now. But I don't think they'll beat those.
If you like Dream Theater, then I'd suggest you listen to Deadsoul Tribe's January Tree and Karnivool's Sound Awake as well (though Karnivool are far less heavy than any other band on that list). Also essentially any album Kiuas, and Losing Sun's Perspective. Edit:
Judas Priest have announced their next world tour will be their last ;__;
Shit. Well, that's another band I can add to my list of bands I'll never be able to see. I'll put them at the top right above to Pantera.
