This song puts me in a state of Euphoria: And This one right hur, might be my favorite song ever, these guys are ridiculously underrated. This song is amazing. A shame Assasin only has two albums... :smith: As well as this. Dark Angel is probably one of the most under-rated thrash bands. I wonder how slayer made it to the top, and these guys didn't. Progressive Thrash fuck yea! Mekong Delta. Coroner is amazing. The riffs sound so heavy... Just perfect  The cover is ugly as fuck, but damn the album kicks serious ass. Evildead I love the intro on this song. Sacrifice. Bonus: Heres a Thrash band no-one has ever heard of. Pyrotoxic . Has a female vocalist. Even tho it's got an old sound to it, the band was actually formed in 2006, they've just got poor equipment. ( I actually think thrash sounds better with that gritty sound quality :v: ) . I don't digs the vocals my self, but damn those are some killer riffs \,,/

Argh, I can't decide who to see next year. I'm already seeing Epica, but I can't decide between Kamelot, Delain and Within Temptation. Apparently Kamelot are great live, but I've only listened to them for a couple of weeks and don't know a lot of their songs that well.

The problem is that there is even a debate. Kamelot is the obvious answer.
Kamelot, no-brainer. If you want to hear more of their stuff, get Karma. They don't have any bad albums but it's their best in my opinion.

Also, if you're just getting into Kamelot, get any of the following: Ghost Opera: The Second Coming (specifically this version, for the live CD it comes with) The Black Halo One Cold Winter's Night

I guess a plus of living in Europe is that power metal exists there.
It's metal enough. For me atleast.

I've never heard Delain, and while Within Temptation are good but, it's fucking Kamelot.
Both the albums Nothing, and Catch 33 GO LISTEN NOW!! Although In Death... Is Death is by itself an amazing song. I've only heard a little of Nothing though.
Lemmy just turned 64 :buddy: He is getting old! :ohdear:
Kamelot, damn. I guess a plus of living in Europe is that power metal exists there.
The following bands are from America, and are power metal: Kamelot* Symphony X Iced Earth Note that Roy Khan is from Norway, but Kamelot's original lineup formed in Florida.

[editline]24th December 2010[/editline] And it was recorded in 1969. Man that must have been the equivalent to fucking Anaal Nathrakh or something back then! :v:
Are you high? [editline]25th December 2010[/editline] Actually, WERE you high when you posted that?
The following bands are from America, and are power metal: Kamelot* Symphony X Iced Earth Note that Roy Khan is from Norway, but Kamelot's original lineup formed in Florida.
They all seem to play in europe though. Except Iced Earth they're pretty fucking yank.
They all seem to play in europe though. Except Iced Earth they're pretty fucking yank.
...not sure if that's complimenting or insulting Iced Earth. I think they're pretty awesome. And yes they do tour in Europe more, because the fanbase is larger.
