NOW! go cry and curl into the fetal position while you are haunted by the brutality of this song!
Seeing them in May
should be awesome
Zozobra is awesome.
The drums at some songs remind me of KMFDM
I bet some of you have seen my poorly constructed thread about my music report
Can some of you guys give me some pointers on how to write about the history of metal? Eg where should I start, who should I describe, what genres should I include, which I should not ect
If there is one thing I've learnt, the music sub forum is mainly populated with metal heads, lend me your knowledge

I suggest you watch Sam Dunn's Heavy Metal: A Headbanger's Journey.
Everything you need to know about metal is in that documentary.
Well the problem is where I can find it.

except weren't sir lord balitmore obscure
i'd expect they wouldn't of had a huge influence outside of their area considering they weren't spread around enough. if you're going for loudness it'd be shit like the who and led zeppelin
they weren't obscure you can find their records everywhere nowadays
baltimore were before zep and had more of a metal sound where zep was all blues
[editline]4th February 2011[/editline]
I mean they were second of the first two bands to be called heavy metal

I doubt 4 guys from Birmingham knew about them though, so in a way it didn't really contribute to metal
