Fuck cancer.
No seriously, it always ends up getting the good people. Fuck cancer.
Good luck man, hope everything turns out fine.
good job man
i've always wondered what chemo makes you feel like.
my friends aunt told me it feels like you're hungover all the time.
is this accurate?
You look exactly like Pvt Joker when you were bald

:c
i'm sorry for you
get better soon.
I watched this thing the other day, this kid would throw up after his treatment too, BUT, if he smoked some weed before he went in, he stopped and felt like eating right after they were done. You should try it. :3:
Well good thing that you survived (otherwise it would have sucked if otherwise) :D.
wait lyph node cancer?
damn that bought back thought's about my dog he died :crying:.
I'm really glad you're still alive. I don't even know you, but after reading what you typed, I really wish you survive. Good luck, you need it more than I do.
Man, that's horrible. When exactly do you start the chemo again? Or have you?
I had my treatments last week, Mon tues wed. It wasn't quite as bad this time around, I hardly felt nauseous at all, just kinda tired all the time. The only bad thing is the last two days or so I've gotten some bad mouth sores from the treatment, which I never had at all last year. It's like cankers all over and in my throat so it makes it hard to swallow, to eat, to talk even. So it's been a rough few days but today I'm feeling a bit better and can tell they are going away.
I hadn't even touched my computer in 3 days or so :uhoh: I'm trying to find a laptop for around $600, so that I can use that when I'm sick on the couch or when I have to go live at the hospital too. If anyone sees a good deal let me know :D
I actually can't do anything more than type this, since I'm ussually deppressed and suicidal for being the fat bastard I am:
HOORAH BITCHES, YOU'RE ALIVE
Anyone trying to be a dick/look funny/hardcore can expect to get banned.
And I think I might also delete their posts since they only do it for funny ratings.
postal showed his ass!
In reference to the thread, I know a person who has cancer and it has probably the most life changing event event ever for them. It gives life a whole new appeal. Although I have fun making fun of postal, anyone who would dare make fun of someone who has cancer is a complete asshole.:geno:
Good luck to you sir, I'm sure everyone on here is routing for you to pull through this. The chemo looks fucking awful, I'd never be able to even think about something like it.
I updated the OP with everything that's happened the last few months! Take a look, there's quite a lot of new pics too. Questions and comments always welcomed!
I read it all, very impressed you put up with all that and still remain a funny and cheerful guy!
You seriously deserve gold member
or at least respected.
I am incredibly impressed with all you've gone through.
Wow, this was good to read. I wish you well! Also, you remind me very strongly of Neo...
Brilliant stuff, really good insight into living with cancer. All the best!
It's funny people can take you serious. And i understand them. Cancer is a sad sad thing.
Good luck :)
I really hope it goes well. It would be awful to have to go through all that again.

I'm sure someone would help you on your laptop with a deal. =/

Oh, they did actually! All my parents brothers and sisters pitched in almost $800 and I got a sweet gaming MSI from newegg. It was such a lifesaver having it in the hospital! I still got bored, but I can't imagine what it would have been like without it.
Wow, that really sucks man, why do you have to be all dressed up to walk outside of your room?

Some Facepunchers may know that I have cancer, Hodgkin's Lymphoma to be exact. I thought I would write a little thread about it for a few reasons.
You're a Mormon? Awesome! My mom had breast cancer. Jsyk.

The Chemo killed his immune system, the mask protects the mouth and nose from inhaling unwanted things.
The robes are regular old genuine hospital robes.
Did your views on religion, or any in deep thought about life occur during the process of realization, and then recovery?
I'm glad you're ok
Amazing story, hope you're getting on well man!
Good to hear more from you, glad things are going well for you.
