Id say, go say hi to almost-naked chicks and offer to take them into town to buy them a drink. While in redroof, look around for any work that might require a dip in The Duck Forest. Mind as well get paid for something we were inevitably going to do anyways.

they may be transforming monsters. i'd say we kill them and then use the corpses (along with the crazy dwarf) to seduce the guards at redroof (if there is any you'd expect with all the doucebags there will be)
