A mix of grunge and melodic hardcore, more specifically melodic hardcore with no screaming. Oh well, the bands I see named are damned good, thank you.
None of the bands you listed are either melodic-hardcore (I guess you could argue some are) or grunge, not sure what you're asking for since you listed a really large variety of bands, care to elaborate/be more specific? That being said, you might like Make Do And Mend:

No they're not.
I am in need of more music like this

Especially music like the part from 0:35 till the end.
I just love those slow yet powerful changes of tunes. Makes your heart pump unwillingly.

Try Elbow, The Verve and Mogwai, kinda the same feel.

fyi the actual genre name is Metalcore, (specifically because you mention breaking benjamin, a7x and bfmv)and to be super specific, Melodic Metalcore. I don't really listen to that stuff though so I can't suggest anything, but search for that genre on last.fm or something

I hate seeing people label metalcore "melodic hardcore" but I can see how the mistake could be made since metalcore is a subgenre of hardcore and metal.
Something such as Groundation's Hebron Gate album
Can someone recommend me some doom metal?

Reverend Bizarre are great.
Reverend Bizarre are great.
Nice, any other suggestions?
Check out Dark Castle and Thorr's Hammer. Thorr's Hammer is straight up doom and Dark Castle is doomy-sludge.

Candlemass, Trouble, Saint Vitus
I want some IDM (not Aphex Twin and The Flashbulb)
I'm looking for dreamy, emotional, "trippy" music in the vein of Pink Floyd, M83, Mogwai or Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
Not all of those sound the same.

My Bloody Valentine, maybe.

It kind of goes with saying, "HAY I WANT MUSIKS LIKE THIS."
Anybody know some good Physcadelic bands? Preferably sounding like The Beatles "Strawberry Fields Forever" Weird time signatures, unique instruments, different tempos, vague lyrics, catchy melodies.
Especially the whole "catchy melodies" part
The Brian Jonestown Massacre are good post-psychedelic.

The Zombies. You've heard Time of the Season before but they've made a lot of other great songs. I recommend their album Odessey and Oracle.

Also check out Love - Forever Changes, a great 60s psychedelic rock/baroque pop band, The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds, which isn't as psychedelic but it's got the unique instruments and catchy melodies you'll like, and XTC - Skylarking which is an 80s new wave band but this album's got plenty of psychedelic influence.
