Tera Melos, although I'm not too familiar with Battles, they seem pretty similar from what I've heard.
Any suggestions for something similar to Skrillex and Feed Me?

Dig around Lights Out Asia's discography, they've got some creepy stuff.
Alcest is a pretty good mix of some dark creepy stuff and some straight up beautiful stuff so they might be worth looking into too.
Also Giles Corey definitely.
need music to put on a radio station dedicated to all genres except metal
that's kind of broad...
need music to put on a radio station dedicated to all genres except metal
Might need to be more specific. Are you after something relevant and popular? Or are you trying to expose totally unknown music?

so you want turkish folk music?
Looking for some pretty heavy industrial metal.

That's not a vague description at all.
Put some Afghan Psychedelic Rock on there.
if anyone knows another "Battles" like band, they will receive points.
If you like Battles you might dig Wavves, Sleigh Bells, No Age or Male Bonding.
Nice, a good collection of punk styles now. It'll take me a while to listen to.

Well, neither of them are really very similar to what I posted and they're a bit too heavy for my tastes, but thanks for at least trying.

Popular but not overplayed, and id be willing to expose some unpopular music as well if you have any suggestions.

Try My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult or as a bit of a stretch you could check out Lords of Acid. KMFDM are really one of a kind.
Ministry is pretty similar to KMFDM, I think.
