Gimme some Folk?
Gimme some Folk?
albums: Bob Dylan - Freewheelin' (mono version) Leonard Cohen - Songs of Leonard Cohen Nick Drake - Five Leaves Left Neil Young - On The Beach
Gimme some Folk?
Neutral Milk Hotel - In The Aeroplane Over The Sea Meso Meso - Mitten Sufjan Stevens - Illinoise Bob Dylan - Blonde On Blonde Nick Drake - Pink Moon Lhasa - Lhasa The Mountain Goats - All Eternals Deck
Folk Rock and plain contemporary folk are very different imo. Even indie folk has more similarities to contemporary.

Good dream pop concerto twins or whatever sucked, the album I listened to at least thing it was treasure
Good dream pop concerto twins or whatever sucked, the album I listened to at least thing it was treasure
If you thought Cocteau Twins sucked, why should I give you dream pop?
If you thought Cocteau Twins sucked, why should I give you dream pop?
More importantly, why did you think Cocteau Twins 'sucked'? They're usually considered to be a staple of dream pop, so if you thought they were terrible, what do you think the genre has to offer you?

I'm not quite sure what the point of listening to other styles music would be if you had that thought.

Fuck that.
why don't you stop being a homo and suggest some music
why don't you stop being a homo and suggest some music
Flaming Lips - Soft Bulletin Galaxie 500 - On Fire Candy Claws - In the Dream of Sea Life If you don't like the feel of these, dream pop is not for you.

What's another good Flaming Lips album? I really enjoyed Yoshimi.
What's another good Flaming Lips album? I really enjoyed Yoshimi.
I mentioned Soft Bulletin above. It's really good
What's another good Flaming Lips album? I really enjoyed Yoshimi.
The Soft Bulletin is their masterpiece. I would also recommend from their earlier rock years Transmissions from the Satellite Heart and Clouds Taste Metallic. Zaireeka is cool too but only if you actually have the four cd players in order to listen to it properly. Just mixing them all together in a sound editing program just isn't the same thing.

Is that DSOTM cover album that the Lips and a few others did any good?
also how the fuck do I press play on all 4 simultaneously. Only 2 stereos of mine have remotes.
I must do this, but how to know which disc to put in the better stereos?
Try every one! experiment a little with the album.
