the only way for the world to go forward, is if we all connect to one another.

Ah he did make that one album, forgot about that.
As for Beefheart, he's fairly insane but pretty much an inspiration for TW.
Try Trout Mask first.
David Lynch is a crazy man.
Lynch is a seriously cool guy.
So much to learn about the guy.

Eraserhead is what's going through his head, and Mulholland Drive is what he fantasizes about.
Listening to his album now, I'm liking it a lot.

Richard Hawley and Graveyard if you want something a bit up to date. Johnny Winter and ZZ Top if you're looking for legends.
Richard Hawley is the man.

Thank you fine sir.
I want a band that has that 70's feel, say ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) sounding.
I want a modern band. Preferably American, because I'm curious if Americans can get that British sound as much as ELO.
You know what? Post some British sounding American bands too.
You can still post British bands though.

the only answer to this is the monkees

taste that delicious sound quality
I love the Monkees, all of them are American, but the lead singer is British, which I found out a few days ago. I guess the brits are the only ones that can get that weird nasally sound, I don't know what it is but it sounds awesome.
I heart Daydream Believer.
gimmie some shit that sounds like rjd2
