I've always wanted to do something like this, but since St. Louis is apparently the number one city in America for violent crimes, it probably would be a bad idea. Did you check to see if anyone was living in there first, or did you just cross your fingers and jump in through the window?
I should try urbex sometime, seems like a lot of fun.
if theres water damage, watch the fuck out for rotting floor boards.
more like mold
Respirators are a good idea to combat that.
more like mold
I think mold would be the least of your concerns when you're sitting in the basement and didn't use the stairs.
It may not seem like it, but the structure is pretty stable. We used caution when walking around as to not injure ourselves. For those asking if the place was abandoned or not, I just took James' word for it. He knows the town well enough (it's a town of like 500 inhabitants, so shit gets around). I also agree with Freighter014. I'd love to know the story behind this place. I'll look into it and keep you guys posted.
Blaze... Damn! I never even noticed that! I have to keep this picture as a souvenir - we're no longer Loeb. We've all become Metro Grocer.
Wow thats vintage, you should put that in a glass case and worship it. xD (Not making fun of you btw, making fun of the bag)
