It may be "just a fucking cow" but we shouldn't treat them like shit before we kill them for our food, it's not right from a moral standpoint.
PETA is retarded and evil, and I eat meat, but I can assure you that you can be a vegan/vegetarian and still maintain a healthy lifestyle, with or without supplements.

Even when not taking morals into account, the way animals are treated in battery farms is likely to have an impact on the quality of the meat; Animals who are stressed al lot tend to yield nervous, stiff meat as opposed to tender and tasty muscle.

I'll never understand PETA. Last year, I was at Chicago's Pride Fest and there was a PETA stand. They asked if I ate meat; I said I did and they didn't seem to really care. Then they asked my girlfriend, who's a vegetarian. They berated her for not being a vegan, as I'm sitting there eating my third chili cheese dog of the day.
Those fuckers confuse me.
I could never go vegan, I love cheese, eggs, honey, and KFC double downs too much.
