I know how you feel, stopped speaking japanese about 10 years ago and I just forgot the whole thing. Its easy to forget if you do not put it into use.
Might just restart from the beginning though. Knowing an extra language can be very useful at times.

I've written the study plan before actually studying it. That began yesterday, and you're correct. I know the numbers 1-3, and bits and pieces of information such as the word order, particles, using languages in sentences "えいご が"

I would try learning only 1 or 2 a day.
Also, make sure you learn the most commonly used Kanji, so many of them aren't even used in regular day-to-day Japanese life. Take the 1 or 2 Kanji that you want to learn, and try to use them in a sentence composed of Hiragana.
Write out the sentence repetitively throughout the day, and however often you feel for the rest of the week until it sinks in. Don't let yourself forget it.

For me I love using Anki, it should definitely be in one of the resources in the OP because of how useful it is for learning the Kanji.
