They just had nothing to do when I cut my finger off I couldn't even get a fucking ambulance (It was a Friday and my parents couldn't drive) And I had to ride in the back of a fucking cop car. It was awesome.

They wouldn't have scales accurate enough to do that.. accurately.
In the UK we have a maximum legal tender for the small coins, so we can't do this shit. I think it's something like 20p for 1p/2p's, £5 for 5, 10, and 20's and somthing else for 50p's maybe £20? Damn our sensible lawmakers!
