If you have typed in the correct contact info and address you should be fine. It took two months before I received my t-shirt, so be patient.

It takes longer because their userbase has grown dramatically more than their employee count. It's hard to keep up with all the members. Plus they're not really making money quite yet either.

Mine took a couple weeks back in like September to get to me. Expect at last 3 weeks minimum right now. That seems about how long it's taking for some people. I'm sure this will improve over the months, everything else is..
When you really think about it you can't complain about the current redemptions too much. They're giving away thousands of prizes each time, worth thousands of dollars, to a bunch of people logging in and answering a daily question. They're not gaining any income from what we're doing on lockerz.com yet. They'll have full stock all the time after launch because the people that visit the website will start buying from their store and they'll start bringing in money.
