If you are talking about a 360, you can be pretty sure all games are NTSC, and not playable on PAL consoles, unless you use some mods ofcourse.

Wait, I live in sweden, and they use PAL for their games. So if i buy a 360 then will the console work in sweden?

Life Clickz will be good once they get it working and a decent looking design.
But right now the site is a pain and takes half a day to do a daily, finding it and doing the pointless maths equation.
But if they redesign and fix it then it will be good, because you can use both Lockerz and Life Clickz and get more than one thing a month.

Although Lockerz has its issues, I still feel it's the superior website in comparison to Lifeclickz.

Games published by Sony DEFINITELY are regionfree. Most pubs also leave out regions on their games. The general rule is that only Bluray movies have regions, you can pretty much get games without worrying.
Well, STILL no response from Lockerz Support as to why they told me last week I successfully redeemed a PS3 game in the December redemption but never recieved any confirmation e-mails.
