If anyone wants to do so please do, Vedicardi tried to do it (with another version) but given the structure of the drums it is a bit hard to do so, since the drums are always changing beat and all that.

You can fiddle around more with EQ (and if you have, sound effects) if you go guitar > amp > computer, if you have software that can do that without the use of an amp however (guitar rig and the ilk) just plug the guitar right in.

All I have is musescore, cubase le 4, Ibanez RG520QM and a Midiman Oxygen8. My amp is a Roland DAC-15, seems to be from the late 70's. and a snare drum! Also, a yamaha g-55 or something acoustic guitar.
