Let's Make A Concept Album V3 - The Final Wars (I swear, I will not kill anyone)

whoah son calm your beans
if you don't like that then we can do something else
i'm not sure how relationships aren't mundane, really - they're a part of everyday life, you see and experience them all the time, and they can make one hell of a plot
the fact you experience them all the time and the fact they are the subject of every other album or song ever made is what makes them mundane
Speaking of relations, I've borrowed the book now and I'm going to start reading it as soon as possible, I think it really is a good idea if everyone read it.

Oh and comment that chord progression,
try slowing it down a bit
I was thinking something around 105-110 BPM, even possibly as slow as 90. =)

I'm sticking with my first idea

some riffs I wrote with the concepts and such of The Whisperer as inspiration and the use of the root -> decending fourth -> decending half step

Wow, maybe we could get the Cookie Monster on vocals too :v:
uguu (i enjoy this)
Lovecraft is overrated. Really dull topic for an album.
Yup lets make a thrash metal album
Progressive thrash
anything that calls itself progressive is trash so that's redudant
that's pretty funny

First sounds like a norweigan death metal band from the 80's, personally I don't like it at all.
Second, I like a lot, it's chugging along perfectly and some heavy drums on top of that and a bass that works with the melody and some contra-melody and it's golden.
Third one, sounds like a natural progression from the second, if the first one was the verse then this is the chorus.
Fourth one I guess could work as either the intro, or a calm part in the song (or maybe both), a more clean and rehearsed version could be necessary though.
I like these riffs, please make a song out of them. =)
Speaking of riffs, I've doodled some more

Genre: Blackened Crusted Ass Metal
I don't know if I should thank you or what
some other stuff I made up that is a bit less intense
warning: the second one gets super loud (the second part being all improvised)

Well if I called it art and was really pretentious about it, maybe it would be convincing. Or piss everyone off, which it seems to do for every occasion. :v:
what an angry thread
I'll make some music once you decide on a concept.
I think the concept should be on something relateable with FP users. Spacepunch may not have been "the best album", but it was more popular than the other collab one.

Well the first collab one sucked balls, so that might me be why :v:
True, but I think it'll get progressively better as the trilogy progresses.
lol why is it a trilogy
It's the third and final concept album, of this trilogy of FP concept albums. :v:
The end of all the endings in the ending of the end

These are both tbh
If you had posted these two first I would have supposed it was your first time picking up a guitar
Also I'll try to remember to read Whisperer soon
THEY'RE ATMOSPHERIC :downs:
[editline]13th November 2011[/editline]
they're not meant to be songs or riffs but singular ideas and just ambient more than anything
do a concept where there are abusive parents FP can relate to that!
