If it's historical, can the album start off with really old kind of music, like, Mozart style, and slowly build up to finish with some shitty 2011 pop song?

mozart's not that old. there's a whole baroque period before it

we start with a song called "The Monolith" It consists of 20 minutes of apes yelling and killing each other to unfitting music

Seriously, I there are literally no albums like that.[/QUOTE] No, god, I swear you just skim things halfassed before launching into silly replies that LOOK like zings but actually aren't relevant What I obviously meant was that throwing together songs from people whose work is unrelated and whose [i]take[/i] on the theme maybe even be unrelated (I mean it can't get much worse than having LIFE as the guideline) is going to end up as a mashup of different stuff which may as well not be a concept work. Frank Sinatra is ONE person. In my opinion we as a group should have something tighter to work with, so the the album has a beginning, middle and end, all of which gel together reasonably well.
