He was healthy and ran every day DESPITE THAT, he got hit by a car and died. The husband pointed to me and said something to her and she started yelling at me that I was giving her children "the cancer" by smoking. Not only was I downwind of her, I was 50m away! I could barely make out what she was yelling at that distance because she was so far away. Because of the anti-smoking ads, people are pre-conditioned to think that anyone who smokes [i]at all[/i] is a direct threat to them. People who smoke manufactured cigarettes are the target here, not pipe smokers or people who roll their own. Sure, it's not what anyone would consider healthy but when compared to smoking manufactured cigarettes, it's the obvious winner. Fresh tobacco doesn't contain the additives that the companies put in their tobacco to ensure the quick death of their customers.

Smoking is healthy and is scientifically proven to make you look cooler.

Smoking is bad, with thousands of studies confirming this. So is Drinking and Driving, and yet people still do it. No matter what anyone says or does, people are going to execute unhealthful behaviors, no amount of idiotic, futile arguments are going to change that. It's a personal choice, and as far as I know, people are entitled to act on their choices.

I don't smoke because the Media tells me to. I don't do it because breathing smoke into your lungs is bad for you. Period.

Second-hand smoke is just as deadly as direct tobacco. Cars fit more than one person, and there is more than one car on the road.
