My Little Brony: A closer look into the pony fandom - General

imo it's more like a slice of life series, it has no real plot.

Show isn't that good. I like Adventure time. I like the concept, but I don't really watch it. MLP Isn't anything over-the-top special. So I have absolutely no idea why people enjoy it as much as they do. "Good" is subjective, but considering the amount of people whom actually obsess over it disturbs me greatly. I'm trying to accentuate the word "Obsess" here. But I'm not going to bold it for you. I also believe that the "minority" of the fanbase aren't people saying that "Every fandom has its weirdos", because to be honest. I've seen a hell of a lot more show fanatics than the rationals, and no I'm not pointing out /co/ or anything.

It was nothing special in my opinion. Woops forgot to mention this, just because a fanbase is a fanbase, doesn't exclude it from being an idiotic fanbase. An example would be the Justin Bieber fanbase. I don't particularly enjoy his music, but his fanbase is stupid as shit. For example, if it weren't for all these pony threads being brought up, you would probably never know that I like the show. And even having a pony avatar is hardly showing obsession. You may as well say that anyone who has an avatar from anything is obsessed with it.
