From what I can tell, anyway. Applies to a lot of things, and in my opinion the people who generalise and hate on people who aren't all in-your-face about things are more annoying than the people who ARE all in-your-face about things.

It's not that bad. I've only watched one-two (and somehow that makes me a weeaboo). Granted, sometimes it can be stupid as shit, and the voices can piss people off, but other than that I'm neutral to it.

There are a few good mainstreams, but I'll agree that non-streams are usually better/more enjoyable without a ton of crazy queers ruining it.
I also get pissed off at retarded eyes and voices. So I don't watch animes that have retarded eyes and voices. Simple as that

Not that I watch terribly much anime, but what I've seen is good because it's abnormal. It's interesting to watch and often times makes you think about what is normal.
More than can be said about most forms of expression these days.

Not gonna lie, the majority of anime I have seen (mainstream or not) sucks ass. What used to play on Toonami and Adult Swim was the shit though, stuff like Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. I can't stand shit like Lucky Star or Azumanga Diaoh (however the fuck you spell it)
