Walking and physical activity has been proven to help mental health. It helps contest against depression. Not to mention the physical pro's as well
Oooh! Yeah! I forgot it's year 2011 again :/
You... forgot the year?
Get a segway. Such is life in the USA.
If you add up all the walking you do in the house: fridge to table, bed to shelf, bathroom to computer etc.. you'll get to 4 km every day.
Is it true that normal people need to walk at least 4 km every day for their whole life or else their heart starts weakening?
This is retarded, I believe it's supposed to be at least an hour a day of exercise.
This is just like people saying you need 2L of water a day, which is true, but they forget the fact that you receive at least half of that through food...
So basically you have been sitting in your room for months, the longest walk you had was either to the shitter or to the fridge. You have just realized that, and you are panicking about it. Sounds about right?
Nasa is looking for people like you who are willing to lie in a bed for long periods of time.
its like 100k/$ a month for lieing in a bed.
Fuck walking, OP. Run four klicks every day. If you can't run four klicks yet, work at it until you can. Now get out there and double-time it!
I can't even run 2 miles (3.2 klicks) at 6 minute mile(1.6 klicks) without dieing inside.
In america the biggest causer of death is heart problems. I personally want a healthy heart so I can live long enough to get a robot heart and then I can be as lazy as I want.
but if you go outside you'll die it's dangerous trust me
I went out once....never again
You could get air poisoned, to much fresh air.
at least for me, since im a basement dweller and have adapted to the climate i am in now, a dark, damp basement with a oxygen level of 0.2%
I'm with you.
The super market is so fucking bright it burns!
Are you fat?
I bet you are, because your asking this question.

Why stop at the heart? Swap out all of those inefficient human organs and become a cyborg!
Is it true that normal people need to walk at least 4 km every day for their whole life or else their heart starts weakening?
Yes, it's true. Continuous exercise increases your ability to oxygenate properly. It lowers your resting heart rate as well, so that your heart doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood through your body.
I walked today and it didn't feel special.

You make it sound like that's something to be ashamed of.
why is this even a thread..
Work as a picker for Amazon, you'll be walking thirty miles for eight hours in a day. You'll have a tight ass in no time.
Worked for me. :smug:
Then my legs said "Fuck you, we don't want to do this anymore." And took a month's hiatus, then I lost my tight ass. :smith:

To avoid becoming a fat, lazy fuck[sp]like me[/sp], yes, you need to walk every day.

Sorry OP, you seem to have only walked 3.9km today. You're going to die in the next 5 days.
No, OP. I'm quite sure you can teleport.

One is for fat people, one is for people that are in shape. Guess which one is for which.

Doesn't matter if you're in peak physical condition, running every day will fuck up your knees eventually
