At the end of school, the students always have a festival with work-shops and different options to pass the last time. My girlfriend is making a sushi cooking lesson. It seems to be very awesome.

I love how cute sushi always looks but I have never liked any fish I have tried minus canned tuna so I am not sure if I'd enjoy it?

I find that raw Salmon is not a bad place to start. If you've had smoked salmon and like that, raw Salmon is similar, just a lot more delicate on flavour. It doesn't smell too fishy, soft but firm texture, smooth and sweet in my opinion.

I like the egg on top of the rice and vegetarian sushi and chicken sushi. Fuck you Plamz I want some now and everything is closed until tomorrow.

The Japan Centre in central London sells some good sushi, and has a p. big selection of sake. I like it but I doubt I could see myself eating it too regularly.

Man is that salmon in the first pic, I love me some of that smoked I guess some salmon sushi with soy sauce would be nice and I seen a video were someone mixed wasabi and soy sauce for some sushi it looked amazing

Yeah that orange one is salmon. Wasabi is a nice addition, I usually like to dab a tiny bit into the fish instead of mixing it in the soy sauce. Some people add a fuck ton to the soy and it winds up being a brownish paste, I think that just kills all the flavour.

Sushi is ok in my book The only fish thats not cool in my book is anything besides tuna (when cooked etc) Shrimp is the fucking worst because it has that crunchy then that UGH texture
