Just explore in general. UVillage down the hill is going to be your best bet for groceries, QFC generally has better prices than Safeway. Stay off the Ave late at night, that's where I got attacked and called a faggot out of fucking nowhere. Yummy Bites is my favorite asian place, EJ's is the fucking best for burgers and fries, and any of the schwarma/gyro places are great.
