[sp]let's not forget you struck up an argument with me the night of my grandmother's funeral, so i apologize if i was having trouble keeping my tone in check[/sp] i've spent a lot of time thinking about happiness and idk it seems like a lot of people in this thread give into some self-destructive tendencies and i guess i hope that my comments drive a little self-reflection
Making fun of people isn't really going to do anything except cause more drama and make people upset. If you wanted to actually help, giving some constructive critisism is what you need to do, not delivering epic zingers over someone's preferred type of dildo. I know I'm not one to talk since I'm the person most guilty of the "boohoo woe is me i so ronery" bullshit, but that type of attitude isn't going to help either.
Since you all just got so anal over this, maybe you guys can help me out. What are the best ways to clean yourself back there? I think someone mentioned once a shower head or something of that sort.
i suggest against using tap water because impurities aren't the greatest thing to shove in there; use warm water (body-core temp); there really isn't a need for much besides water. ive found using a gallon of regular ol water as a source has done me well. just keep it in a hotbath of tapwater to warm it up [sp]start with small increments of water and keep it in for like 5-10min, then go sit on the toilet; imperative you don't strain/push cause that hinders natural peristalsis. try to just relax and subtle pushing can help. once thats done, do it again with more water. careful pushing water up past the sigmoid - not that its dangerous, but once you start getting water back there, you're gonna shit -- and i mean shit. it doesnt appear immediately either so its one of those things where you have to wait 30min before you can be certain that the ride is over. but the key thing is to not push whats already in there further (dont force water in fast), and to remove gas (dont strain) so you dont end up with tummyache[/sp] :magic101:

Being on a regime of probiotics is good for digestion anyways. And even better than just cleaning out is getting a diet high in fiber and staying hydrated so things move well. That's 95% of the battle: if your diet is shit, no amount of douching is going ot get you 100% clean.
I spent yesterday and today snuggling under the falling autumn leaves with my ex, which has been the case for each weekend this past month. During those weekends I've had a date, and some wonderful times going to festivals/bar crawls with friends, but the time I spent with him is what I looked forward to the most. Fall usually stands for change and maturity in literature, and the time spent with him is like I'm living in some sort of novel. I feel as our feelings for each other had time to grow, something we didn't give a chance for when we rushed into a relationship; perhaps I'm ready to give him another shot.

So yes its important to be healthy so that when you do wash away the good bacteria, you won't have any issues as they regenerate. That's why moderation is key: don't douche/enema too often. Ya gotta have refractory periods. As far as fiber, I can tell you that yes it keeps your system clean. But it also makes it a more hellish cleaning experience because how loose everything is, as expected... Also don't douche after-the-fact. Once the dirty deeds are done, it's best not to make a slurry up inside of you trying to wash it out.
You know what pisses me off? Daylight Savings time ending yesterday. There's innumerable studies showing how bad it is for mental health and yet petitions go unanswered. Why can't we stop this shit? It's 5:30 and the sun is completely gone yet I have another five hours of work to do. It's bad enough we deal with the shortened days due to the orbit of earth, why do we have to shorten the daylight even more?
Good for you, my country stays in Daylight Savings for 5 months
Its a regional thing. If you live closer to the equator days are still hella long.
Its a regional thing. If you live closer to the equator days are still hella long.
Even here in Britain the sun as fleeting as it's appearances are is almost completely gone come 4PM and only really appears at 8AM.

But hey, if income tax is still here, daylight savings is basically fluff
So I agreed to meet up with a guy at his place on Sunday to hang out and watch movies, right? I end up asking about his living situation because he's 19 and he seemed to imply he was living in a house proper, not an apartment, which sounded pretty expensive for 19. Turns out he's not living in an apartment, he's not living in a house, he's living in a fucking manor. He's living with his parents but they're all independently wealthy, he's a famous entertainer, and he's fucking 19 years old. I didn't ask any more about it because I figured he'd want to keep his private life and his professional life separate. So either he's a pathological liar (I seriously doubt it but you never can totally tell on the internet) or I'm about to have a date, in a mansion, with a celebrity. Life's fucking weird.
Update, he had to reschedule to friday. Which is probably good, I have class tomorrow so staying up all night watching Saw movies probably wouldn't have been the best idea anyway.

I wasn't entirely keen giving him a second shot, except this time he's been way flirtier, and is the one who initiated contact. I've already got his number. Also, he has a husky too! :D [editline]7th November 2016[/editline] Oh god he's already invited me to dinner I'm not used to being pursued

Welp, looks like I'm moving back in with my parents after staying with my now-ex for over five years. We're still friends though, no hard feeling between us, his family just can't support me staying here anymore. So, I'm either going by plane in a month and hoping they can ship my stuff over quickly, or my parents will drive up and take me and all my things back to Arizona in two months. Honestly, I'm kind of excited to get out of this house, it's uh..not the best conditions.

What is this "sun" you Swedes speak of?
There is no sun here
Wow this threads been really active lately, time to catch up
all becomes one when the sun comes to earth
Even the sun could not warm my cold heart
You cannot warm up something that isn't there.
