Second of all. You're 18, not like 25+, you can still get some education at college, even do your GCSE's, even do some Entry Level 2 qualifications just in Maths, English and ICT.
I currently have a career in Graphic Design, it was my passion, i don't have a degree or anything, but i had pure raw skill and passion and thats what they liked about me and thats how i got my job. I was even told by them that they had 3 graduates interview before me but none of them were as good as me because i taught myself everything i knew in my spare time.
Find a hobby and make it a career. Stop moping about, it does fuck all, its unproductive and its selfish because it puts everybody else down with you.

Yeah 18 is traditionally the age where education stops and you can never learn anything ever again.
Seriously, who cares if you quit school? Get your high school equivalence diploma when you're ready and then go to post-secondary (if you want to). In the meantime do some entry-level work or look for an apprenticeship.
