So my date went well, he was very nice and interesting and gave me a very sincere compliment. But I unfortunately wasn't all that attracted to him and got the feeling he was way more monogamous than I was, he kept putting words in my mouth about another date and I wasn't really feeling that at all
I don't really intend on meeting up with him again but I never really said that because I didn't want to offend him and I can't help but feel bad about it because he really was very nice
Not to mention the whole thing made me feel weird about commitment and monogamy and I still haven't quite shaken that off yet

Congratulations on your first date! Take a step back and understand that this is how dating works. You meet new people in the hopes that there will be a mutual attraction. If there isn't, then there shouldn't be any hard feelings over the fact that there isn't an attraction for both parties.
