Do people find that they bounce between projects a lot? Currently I have ideas for loads of things, including HoI4 modding, writing a short detective story, making mods for my arma group and assembling something
And I can't decide to focus on, and my crippling procrastination makes it all the more worse

Yes, I have all of the time in the world at the moment and I can't decide what to focus on.
I just never finish my projects. I go halfway and then abandon it. I mostly just have no creativity so most 3D shit is like highly detailed glasses or like a can or something. Looks good but it bores me.

You're too distracted.
If you have a project you want to do, you should most definitely work it into your daily routine. Maybe work on it for two hours after you're done with your other daily chores(or after school/work). Maybe even work on it longer if you're really devoted. But an hour or two is usually the best amount to spend on those project without it starting to feel like just another chore.
It's gonna take some adjustment, but eventually you'll start to get into the groove of it and your project(s) will progress at a reasonable pace.

I'm gonna be directing a play I wrote at my college soon
Gotta find a way to pay for the class, and rent, and pay off my credit card (I hit the $1000 limit, fuck me)
But even if my art sends me into crippling debt it's worth it, because FUCKING ART, MAN.
Speaking of art, I'm also ready to start shooting my music videos, once I can wrangle my actors together. Then hopefully I can write a few more songs to fill up my album and get that out on bandcamp

For the longest time I had really long hair because I felt I looked ugly and it let me cover my face. I've been cutting it shorter and shorter to the point that now it's only 1/8" of an inch long. Now that everything is exposed I've taken what I was hiding and embraced it as my own. I have a big forehead with a scar on it, a large brow structure, and some big lips; now I've come into owning all of them. Doing that has made me feel like one of the most attractive people around.
